Zadi has been working as a new media producer for over five years and in entertainment for over a decade as producer, director and documentary filmmaker. As Smashface's Managing Director, Zadi is in involved in all aspects of development and production. She is co-creator, producer and host of the hit web show Epic Fu, which has garnered over 35 million views in over 100 countries, two Webby Awards, one Streamy award, one Vloggie award and six overall award nominations.
Zadi's online work came to the forefront when The New York Times reviewed a music video mashup she created using copyrighted material to highlight the atrocities of Hurricane Katrina. Since then, Zadi has been an advocate of Fair Use, Net Neutrality, creative exploration and storytelling using new technologies.
Her work has also been highlighted in Forbes, CBS Evening News, MTV, The Associated Press, The Guardian, and many other national publications. She is a Film Independent P:I Fellow, a member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS), on the advisory board for PBS Engage, an inaugural member of the International Academy of Web Television and the Open Entertainment Alliance, a member of the Transatlantic Network 2020, and a Global Xchange Ambassador for the British Council.

Co-founder, Executive Producer
Steve has been working in online media for over a decade as writer, producer, and technologist. As an Executive Producer with Smashface, Steve develops and oversees individual shows and productions. As a two-time Webby Award winner and four-time nominee for Epic Fu, Steve co-created, writes, directs, and produces the pioneering web show about web culture that has become one of the most well-known shows on the Internet. He has also been honored with two Streamy Awards and three nominations for his work on that show. Steve also works with blip.tv, an important partner of Smashface's, as Director of Content Development, West Coast.
Steve is co-founder of Pixelodeon, the semi-annual festival in Los Angeles for web video content creators, and he has been interviewed for his expertise in content creation and social media by CBS Radio, the TV Guide channel, and G4 along with numerous other publications and blogs. He has delivered keynotes and spoken on numerous new media panels at conferences across the United States, is an inaugural member of the International Academy of Web Television, a member of the Open Entertainment Alliance, and sits on the PBS Engage Advisory Board.
Steve graduated from Pratt Institute in New York City as a painting major and has exhibited his art work across the country.
